About the company

Our mission is to provide value to the key stakeholders in the real estate and renovation sector.

We do this through creating platforms and applications that lean both on our proprietary technology and the need of the market.

Heosphoros Development was founded in 2016 by Björn Schigt, Norbert Maasdam & Elio Idema.

Heosphoros (Ἑωσφόρος) means morning star in the greek language. Like the morning star, we want to stay ahead of the other stars and be the first who brings you the light.

Our projects

De Nationale Huispas / The National Housepass

De Nationale Huispas connects home owners, home owner associations (VvE’s) on one side–and on the other side with our business partners, such as mortgage lenders, insurance companies, real estate brokers and contractors on the other side.

We connect these stakeholders of the property market through our in-house developed online platform.

Home owners and home owner associations can create their property profile (automated), build up a property dossier which contains all general documents, and store their property improvement data in the property DNA.

Our platform provides a multiple year maintenance plan (MJOP), which gives the property owner an indication of when renovation is needed, the associated costs and a 10 year budget in the property dashboard.

Our business partners provide attractive deals for the property owners.

Huiswijzer

Huiswijzer is an app targeted at people looking at properties to buy

Our technology and methodology for calculating and modelling the 10 year property renovation budget is our USP.

Huiswijzer lets the user easily map the property condition – inside and outside – and compare the various properties of his/her liking.

The comparison is not only based on heuristics, but also by comparing the total costs of ownership spread over 10 years. The total costs contain both the property price and the 10 year maintenance budget.
